Charm City Dreamers

After interviewing artist Richard Best it took over 3 months to get  back the standard release form. He stated that "the delay was due to consulting with his legal council and that they added a standard Addendum".

 

Addendum:

In the event Charm City Dreamers reaches 100 million viewers, is contacted by Kanye West to participate in the show, or is acquired by the Disney Corporation, Charm City Dreamers agrees to erect a statue in honor of Richard Best. Said statue will be no less the 8 inches tall, and MUST feature Mr. Best riding a majestic golden Pegasus, with laser eyes.
